Sashini holds a Bachelor of Biosystems Technology (Honours) in Environmental Technology from the University of Colombo. Her academic and professional background focuses on environmental management, cleaner production and sustainable resource uses.
Sashini Dilhara Hettiarachchi is an Environmental Technology professional currently serving as an RECP (Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production) Technologist in the Ecolabelling Division of the National Cleaner Production Centre. She functions as an Auditor of the Ecolabel Sri Lanka certification scheme and as a Project Officer handling ecolabelling certification scheme.
